Terms of Service

UItopic shows hand-picked UI sections and components, credited to the designers who made them. You can browse without an account. With an account you can give respect to designs, save them, submit your own work and manage a public profile.

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You sign in with Google, GitHub or an email link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in providers secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or are inactive, and we may refuse or remove usernames that conflict with site routes or are offensive.

You can submit designs in two ways: as the designer (published on your profile) or as a suggestion (a tip about someone else’s work). Every submission is reviewed by us before it appears on the site, and we may decline or remove anything at our discretion.

By submitting content you confirm that you either created it or have the right to share it, and that publishing it on UItopic does not infringe anyone’s rights. You keep all ownership of your work. You grant AGHAZADA LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, crop, generate previews of, and distribute the content on UItopic, in our newsletter and on our social channels, always with credit, for as long as it is published on the site.

Suggestions are treated as tips. If we publish a suggested design we credit the original designer, not the person who suggested it. If you are the designer of a published work and want it credited differently, updated or removed, email hello@uitopic.com and we will act promptly.

Designs on UItopic are shown for inspiration and commentary, with attribution and a link to the original where available. They remain the property of their creators. We do not grant you any licence to copy or reuse a design you find here; obtain that from the designer.

If you believe content on UItopic infringes your rights, email hello@uitopic.com with a link to the design, a description of the work you own and your contact details. We remove or correct infringing content quickly and may suspend accounts that repeatedly submit infringing work.

You agree not to:

• submit work you do not have the right to share, or misrepresent who made it;
• manipulate respects, saves or views with bots, multiple accounts or automation;
• scrape or bulk-download the site or its media beyond normal browser use;
• upload malicious files, or use the site to harass, spam or impersonate anyone;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice where necessary.

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled and sold on the sponsor page. Sponsorship gives no influence over which designs we curate or how we credit them. Payment terms are stated at the time of booking.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. We will not publish your name with your feedback unless you ask us to.

UItopic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGHAZADA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 USD if you paid nothing.

We may update these terms. When changes are material we will post a notice on the site or email account holders. Continuing to use UItopic after a change means you accept the new terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
